What Is NCR? NCR - No Carbon Required - paper is a modern, fuss-free substitute to carbon paper that allows your writing to be transferred onto a piece of paper underneath by applying pressure. This effect is created when pressure is applied to the front of the top sheet by a pen or pencil, the capsules bursts and the dyes are released. This is then transferred on to the bottom sheet which has a clay-based absorbent coating that produces the clear image when uncovered to the dye from the top sheet.

What colours are NCR forms?
The colour of the original copy is white top copy, yellow 2nd part, pink 3rd part (if needed) and orange 4th part (if needed).
What DPI should I set my file at?
We recommend 300 DPI to 600 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. Anything over 600 DPI you probably won't see any quality difference but the file size will be much much larger. 72 DPI images, such as images taken from the internet do not print well!
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Orders can only be canceled before a proof is approved. After an approval, the order goes to production immediately and cannot be canceled.
My order is complex and can not calculate it using online system. What should I do?
For complex orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to help you create a project that suits your needs.
What colour format should I use?
We recommend all images and graphics be saved as type CMYK. RGB images can be unpredictable when printing.
